The IIOC (Islamic Institute of Orange County) hosts debates on Froday night regularly on topics of interest to the local community. Upon request of its community members, they hosted a debate on Public school versus Islamic Schools versus Homeschooling. I was invited to speak on the topic of homeschooling. The YouTube link below is a recording of the talk show style debate. Some interesting questions were asked and answered and hopefully some myths were dispelled.
